NALS recognizes the achievements of its members by offering an annual award called the Award of Excellence ("AoE").  NALS of Phoenix's award is presented at its annual installation and awards banquet held on the second Thursday of January each year.

NALS of Phoenix also recognizes one outstanding attorney or law office administrator as well as one law firm through its presentation of an annual Boss of the Year Award ('BOY") and Firm of the Year Award  ("FOY") at its annual meeting in January.

The NALS of Phoenix board of officers and chairpersons also nominate and select a new NALS of Phoenix member for its New Member of the Year Award and present this recognition at its annual meeting.
